It is their first purely private residential development in London and signals what the practice believes to be an upturn in the sector’s fortunes.

The plans, for client Freshwater, are for 9 flats over 5 floors but include 4 different types all designed to Lifetime Homes Standard – 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, 3-bedroom duplexes and a penthouse, set back on the top floor. The building replaces an existing commercial building in a primarily residential street that is no longer fit for purpose.
