The Woodberry Down – Kick Start Site 4 designed by Rolfe Judd Ltd is located in London, United Kingdom. Rolfe Judd, acting for Berkeley Homes, has secured planning permission from the London Borough of Hackney for a further landmark development comprising 170 new homes on the eastern edge of the Woodberry Down Masterplan site. Kick Start Site 4 represents the second Kick Start Site to be delivered by Rolfe Judd following their proposals for Kick Start Site 1 on the Western Reservoir.

The design is organised in an L shape, facing onto the reservoir, and allows for a range of building types including a feature tower to the eastern edge. The massing, orientation and detail development continue to maximise the potential of the site in terms of both amenity and sustainability.
