This is the first part of a multi-phase, 9.8 million pounds of development, designed by architects and planners Stock Woolstencroft family mosaic. This building will breathe life into the region, improving the lives of those who took Stockwell inadequate access to health care and other community facilities.
In addition, Stock Woolstencroft has incorporated sustainability features into the architecture to develop a building that is striking and did much to improve the streetscape, and to have a strong environmental justification. It is a sustainable building that will help build a sustainable community, one where people want to live and work both now and in the future. Where once the site was not welcoming and not used, this community building provides a crucial social and practical and will do much to revitalize the region.
