The Powerhouse that located in New York, United States, was designed by Karl Fischer Architect. The signature towers are gone but the industrial frame and tall arched windows of the 1906 McKim Mead and White designed power station have been retained in a new, modernist rework that includes a four storey addition.
Escobar’s spare yet modern interiors feature a spacious lobby with polished concrete floors with white-glass panel, natural wood and brick walls. The residences are furnished with luxury baths and radiant kitchens of quartz and stainless steel. The building amenities include a full service spa; fitness center, screening room, business center and a child’s play area.
