The Oceanfront @ Sentosa Cove that located in Singapore, was designed by AXIS Architects Planners Pte Ltd. The jewel of the development is the 15 / 14-storey Block-2 located at the gateway to the Marina, a beacon calling out to the world. It boasts a 270-degree view of the surrounding waterscape. Following Block-2 are four other towers of lower heights that sit on an undulating landscape deck with apartment units mainly facing the marina, altogether comprising a total of 264 residential units.
The facilities for the development are extended into the basement with a sunken valley of connecting spaces and wide swathes of greenery; providing residents places to sit, relax or take a leisurely stroll. The Oceanfront is an eco-friendly design. Based on sun path analyses conducted, planters, balconies and aluminium sun-shading louvers are provided for heat and glare protection.
