Located in Stafford, United Kingdom, Stafford County Council headquarters and shops scheme was designed by Architects 3DReid and developers Stoford have been commended by the UK Government’s leading advisory body on architecture, urban design and public space, CABE, for their mixed-use retail, leisure and office scheme to transform Stafford town centre.

Stoford is awaiting planning approval to develop the 15,000 sq ft of shops and cafes and the 150,000-sq ft county council headquarters, which will bring around 2,000 staff from other properties under one roof. If granted, work will start on site this June with completion scheduled for late 2010.
