St Pancras Station that located in St Pancras, London, United Kingdom, was designed by London & Continental Railways (LCR). The newly rejuvenated station will not only become the new starting point for passengers traveling to European destinations but will also provide high speed links to Kent and the Midlands. The St Pancras hub also serves the overground ThamesLink line and a huge underground interchange with access to many of the London Tube lines beneath.
St Pancras will connect to the Channel Tunnel via a the new 68 mile high-speed dedicated line much of which is in a tunnel. Industry sources are speculating that the line may now be sold and German rail network operator Deutsche Bahn are said to be interested. This would open up the German network to the UK.
