Servus Credit Union Corporate Centre reimagined in Edmonton, Canada
Designed by Manasc Isaac Architects, Manasc Isaac Architects is located in Edmonton, Canada. Located on the south side of Edmonton, Alberta, Manasc Issac transformed a former call centre into a new Corporate Centre for Servus Credit Union, one of Canada’s 50 best managed companies. The building provides administration offices for 400 staff, a data centre and records archive. Expected to achieve LEED® Silver, this building is an ecologically responsible showpiece that is a comfortable and healthy environment for staff and clients.
Manasc Isaac were selected for their extensive green building experience, unique integrated design approach and commitment to creating successful, high-performance, sustainable buildings. The shared vision was to provide Servus with a welcoming, environmentally-friendly facility and a healthy, safe working environment. Virtually every surface of the dark and oppressive call centre was redesigned by Manasc Isaac to create a brighter, more engaging environment.
