San Vittorino, that located in Umbria, Italy, Settled within a luscious 55 hectares of grounds, the original San Vittorino property dates back many hundreds of years and has now been lovingly restored and divided to created eight individual properties – two houses of 200 sq m and 84 sq m (in a converted medieval chapel) and six homes within the main building.

Over the last few hundred years, the secluded property has played the role of watchtower, religious settlement and farm, collecting many historical treasures throughout its lifetime. Developers Ultissimo Ltd have painstakingly refurbished the existing building with entirely reclaimed materials, retaining the historic charm of the property whilst bringing past features to life – such as the fresco in the chapel which has been restored to reveal the original 17th century religious detail and 15th century artwork beneath.
