Designed by RTKL, RiversEdge at Port Imperial is located in New York, United States. The design emphasises a contemporary masonry and glass material palette, a pedestrian-friendly streetscape, public space, and unobstructed views. The 9-storey, 236-unit building features a U-shaped floor plan that maximises views of the adjacent river and Manhattan skyline for all residents. A common courtyard area creates semi-private outdoor space richly landscaped with trees, planters, flowers and grassy areas. It also includes a fire pit, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a spa.

Common areas within the building include a lounge, a conference room, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and retail amenities. The building is designed with a complex structural system that combines concrete foundation walls, a steel parking structure and a pre-fabricated lightweight panel system. This approach accelerated the construction schedule, allowing units to be brought to market more quickly.
