The Palabritas beach house, recently completed by ARQ. Jose Orrego, the Peruvian firm Metropolis is designed with the concept of framing the view of the beach and islands in front of the house and celebrates its picturesque coastal area. The house design is located on idyllic surroundings of the coast of Lima, Peru, speaks to the essence of 60′s fun Brazilian architecture in the open design, bathroom complete with swimming pool on the veranda. A crisp white finish is accented with red accessories to match the pool.
The dining room and lounge of the beach house are designed as an integrated area with the terrace – this is done with sliding glass doors and interior patio has been developed on a lower level where the bedrooms and family room come together to create an intimate area. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has been designed so that it has a view towards the ocean. From inside the room, the architecture provides a framework that shows the extraordinary landscapes around the beach, island and sunset.
