The One & Only, The Palm designed by DSA architects international is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The One & Only is the latest leisure development to open on the Palm. The hotel is divided between land and water-based buildings each with a distinctive style and ambience. On land, the built language is influenced by the Moorish and Andalucían vernacular, with specific reference to the Alhambra, while on the water the architecture is contemporary, incorporating both modern and historic nautical themes.

The site is located at the end of the West Crescent of the Palm and offers 450 m of private beach, uninterrupted views to the Palm, the Jumeirah Beach Waterfront, the Arabian Gulf and a sheltered private bay formed by the end of the Palm rock revetment.

The Hotel encompasses 66 Premiere Rooms (63 sq m), 18 Junior Suites (90 sq m), six Executive Suites (120 sq m) and The Royal Palm Suite (265 sq m) situated in the Manor House, and six low-rise mansions as well as three two-bedroom (345 sq m) and one three-bedroom (450 sq m) villas.
