Ballymore Group have submitted a planning application for Terry Farrell & Partners Masterplan for Embassy Gardens – the area of land around the new US Embassy in Nine Elms, London. The Hybrid application covers the outline for the entire 15acre masterplan, as well as detailed design for phase one of the development which has been carried out by a host of big-name architectural practices led by Farrells.

Embassy Gardens will deliver up to 2,000 new homes and the potential for over 500,000 sq ft of office and flexible workspace. New leisure facilities, including a new Heath and Well Being Centre, a 100 bed hotel, 130,000 sq ft of retail, bar and restaurant space, a new grocery store and other varied uses will support the new community, as well as the 1,800 people working in and visiting the new Embassy every day.
