This use of geometry clearly followed the instructions of the client to join the office buildings of different sizes and with landscaping, gives the project the desired ‘campus’ feel. The offices are placed behind the official planting large linear semi mature trees along the perimeter of the site with the large research building clad money tucked away in the background. Much care has been taken in the “back of house” areas as attractive as the main façades. The buildings were designed to be leased individually or can be adapted to provide the rental use of other sub.
