Located in London, United Kingdom, London Wall Place was designed by Make Architects. 121 London Wall, a 300,000 sq ft headquarter office building adjacent to Moorhouse will create extensive landscaped multi-level terraces and offer full adaptability for occupiers from large trading floors through to individual office suites. 123 London Wall to the west of the site will provide 195,000 sq ft of office space in an elegant multi-tenant tower rising to 16 storeys, the same height as the neighbouring 5 Aldermanbury Square.
Over half of the site is dedicated to open space creating a new destination for the area through a series of new gardens set amongst the historic monuments, including the City Wall and St Alphage Church Tower remains. The highwalk system is also being retained, allowing easy access to all parts of the City through the creation of new north/south and east/west bridges. The buildings are expressed through a rich palette of high performance concrete and glazed faience ceramic.
