Designed by Isay Weinfeild Architects, Kesley Caliguere Antique Shop, the two stories of the stylish antique shop building are distinctively marked from the outside by their colors, black or white, looking just as containers placed one over the other. The Kesley Caliguere Antique Shop was built in São Paulo, Brazil, in a very narrow plot covering only 70 square metres in leafy Jardins neighborhood. This stylish antique shop building is shows good things come in small packages. At front, a wall-to-ceiling windowshop ends up in a curve where it meets the wood entry door. And inside, gallery spaces were designed all-white and as neutral as possible so not to interfere with collection items, mostly Brazilian furniture and artworks from the 1940s through the 1970s. Just the staircase, naturally lit by a skylight, was color-painted in a bright yellow tone.
