IT College, Modern Architecture that located in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, was designed by KEO International Consultants. The central component of the project is a magnificent transparent atrium connected to glass bridges and open elevated walkways. Cutting through all levels is an impressive 22 meter high ‘learning street’ which is naturally lit by skylights. The main teaching classrooms, IT stations, libraries, study halls, staff facilities, offices, cafeterias and student lounges branch off of this and the complex is divided in half for male / female students.

The unique design of the A/C system allows air supply via raised floors which also conceals electrical components. KEO provided Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interiors and Landscape Design, while the PM/CM Division provided Supervision Services.
