The internal organization is based on the boat interiors concept, in which all spaces are over profited : walls that become kitchens, doors that are also dinner tables.
Each of these apartments has an exterior area, equipped as private a courtyard, promoting outdoor use, which is undoubtedly useful in a beach area as this is.
On the roof top, a common swimming pool takes profit of the great 360º views over the roof tops allowing to see the Atlantic ocean while sun tanning or just laying down in a cool atmosphere.
