GC Campden Hill LLP that located in Campden Hill, London, United Kingdom, was designed by John McAslan + Partners.The site was sold to the joint venture by the Royal Borough for £100m in February 2010, to part finance the construction of a new state of the art secondary school on a separate location to the north. A temporary school is to occupy the site until September 2013, when the new Holland Park Academy is set to open.

Work on the new residential development could commence in autumn 2013 with completion in spring 2016. This approval replaces an existing planning consent for a 157,000 sq ft development.
