The amalgamation of leisure-time and residential functionality has been effortlessly crafted, and so creates the key feature of the elf_zwei complex: the Pleasure Strip.

An architectural fairytale is told underneath the colourful, dancing columns of the ground floor Pleasure Strip, the spacious dimensions of which offer not only a place for relaxation or play, but the sense of community afforded by its communal facilities. It also serves as an avenue between in- and outdoors as its 4,50m ceiling evokes feelings of liberation.
