The aesthetic level focused on creating an environment that was warm and welcoming to all persons using the facility through the use of natural lighting and vibrant colours.
Green Park in Sandton is their largest project to date, featuring a diverse mixture of functions – a pavement retail centre, a public square, 250 apartments, a 5-star hotel and an office tower. The development consists of three high-rise tower blocks orientated in a manner which maximises sunlight and views for the residents. The design prioritises both the spectacular aspects of high-rise architecture and the urban spaces formed at pedestrian level.
