Located in Madrid, Spain, Dwelling in Pozuelo de Alarcón was designed by A-cero. Its modern design is based on ‘impossible’ angles; the protruding and spectacular volumes one of A-cero’s winning trademarks. The façade of the house is made of travertino marble which is combined with dark grey granite in several areas, for example in the vertical plane of the main façade.
In the main entrance is a hall which communicates efficiently with an ample lounge and dining room. Large windows can be opened onto a porch where additional lounge and dining room facilities can be found. In this exterior area are a barbecue and a spectacular bar designed by A-cero, alongside an exterior swimming pool complete with jacuzzi.
On this level is also the kitchen, cleaning room and service area (including living room, two bedrooms and two baths) with independent exterior access. Furniture within the house has been designed by A-cero with top quality materials and finishes.
