Designed by Allies and Morrison, Dolben Street mixed-use scheme is located in London, United Kingdom. Arranged with a choice of flats and studios, the student accommodation will be housed across two buildings – a six-storey block fronting Great Suffolk Street and a 13-storey tower set back behind the perimeter buildings. Communal facilities include a common room, landscaped courtyard, and a roof top terrace with an adjacent lounge area. Offices will be located in a separate six-storey block with its main entrance on Lavington Street.
