Coworth Park – Resort Hotel that located in Ascot, United Kingdom, was designed by EPR Architects Limited.This involved the conversion of Coworth House into a 30-room hotel with restaurant, bar and events facilities; the conversion of the existing stables into 29 rooms and suites; the conversion of the barn into an exclusive restaurant; building a new high quality spa; conversion of the six cottages into guest rooms; extensive landscaping and restoration of the grounds and the addition of a new, sustainable energy centre.
Evolving a specific building type: Essentially the buildings are being restored to their original external form and adapted to suit a modern, sustainable development. Wherever possible traditional or recycled materials have been used, and research undertaken to ensure the original aesthetics are retained.
