Bridgewater Place located in Warrington, designed by BDP for MEPC, won a regional award in the British Council for Offices (BCO) 2007 annual awards. The BCO Awards celebrate the very best in office space and highlight best practice in the design and functionality of commercial office space in the UK. The buildings are simple and good value. The judges were impressed with the young team of designers and developers who planned the buildings to create a ‘pavilions within a parkland setting’.
