Was designed by Edifice Consultants Pvt, Ltd, Bajaj, automobile plant that located in Pune, India. Indian Automobile giant Bajaj decided to set up a backend design office and styling studio on their 200 acre partially operational production plant at Pune, India. The brief called for the styling studio to be retrofitted in the existing factory shed, which has open spaces on the north and east and the backend design office in a nearby L shaped plot, earlier a fenced storage yard. Despite the plots being set apart with marginal visual connectivity, the client desired some level of engagement.

The design office planned over two levels is conceived as ribbon of spaces organised around a lofty L shaped atrium. Interlocking green open spaces are woven around the design office, improving quality of workspaces within. In response to the brief, the built form expression addresses the context, establishes visual correspondence; an urban sculpture within the precinct, engaging the users.
