Architectural Office in Martinez that located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, was designed by AlricGalindez Arquitectos. After years of work, AlricGalindez Arquitectos braved the task of designing and constructing their own office. Sited on a corner defined by Catamarca and Caracas streets, in Martinez, Buenos Aires, the office is in a zone which is evolving from an area of horse stables, to a commercial hot spot. The district surrounded by offices and modern restaurants, right in the heart of San Isidro.

A strict zoning code establishes maximum heights and requirements to be followed. Due to its corner situation, it was decided that the building should reflect this, and a volume was created from iron sheets, with several displacements situated towards the corner. The roof slightly rises to allow natural light in, the upper plan terrace tightens towards the corner, and the lower plan opens one of the faces to generate a private patio.
