Located in New York, United States, 99 Church Street Tower was designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects. The limestone and cast stone building will house a 175 room Four Seasons Hotel in the first 22 floors with residential units located above. The hotel entrance on Barclay Street will lead visitors into four floors of lobbies, lounges, a restaurant, ballrooms, meeting facilities spa, fitness center and pool. A separate entrance and lobby at 30 Park Place will serve the residences.
